Chambray Labradors presents the Eukanuba Championships

Below is the Eukanuba Championships Photo Gallery. This great event was held this year at Tampa, Florida.

Only the Top 25 dogs of each breed qualify for competition to the AKC/Eukanuba National Championships. This year Am/Nat Ch Chambrays Twist of Fate (Karley) handled by Jessica Herzon was ranked #22 USA and #1 Labrador from the state of Florida. This is a tremendous distinction for a female of any breed and to be handled by a Junior Handler makes it even more of an accomplishment for both Karley and Jessica.

Jessica also qualified as a Junior Handler for the AKC/Eukanuba National Junior Handlers Championship, with the required 6 first place wins in regular Junior Handling and maintaining at least a 3.0 Grade Point Average in school. Jessie held a GPA of 3.8 in an Honors Science Academy. She handles her own Pointer, Am/Int Ch Lucidity's Meadowlark Lemon, who she raised, trained and championed all by herself.

In some of the photos, Jessie and Karley are being interviewed by various programs and TV stations. She is seen handling her Pointer in the Junior's competition and she handled Karley in the Labrador Retriever competition. The last photo in the gallery is Buzz, Ch Aquarius Centercourt Delight, the winningest Labrador in the history of the breed. In befitting fashion Buzz was the winner of Best of Breed for this year's Eukanuba!

As a side note, Karley will be bred to Buzz in the next couple of months!!!!!!!
