Labradors Expected Litters from the most exclusive breeding program for
the Betterment of the Breed
The gestation period for dogs is between 60
and 64 days, but the expectations for
these new
arrivals-to-be has to rank
on a 10 on the Richter Scale. The purist breeder; the one with the
Betterment of the Breed in mind when they finally "put" two dogs together,
can hardly wait for
these new puppies to emerge and perpetuate
the
breeding program into the Next Generation
of Conformational Quality
Labradors.
So much goes into the pairing of a top
quality female with a super stud dog
and 60 days will
elapse before the
culmination of the years of expertise with the breed,
forethought of all
that
entails having puppies and planning for their future
and then
crossing your fingers and hoping that
it "takes".
Nothing is for sure
until the first puppy makes its way
through the birth canal and
squirms
and
wiggles with life before your
very own eyes.
Keep in mind that these expected litters
represent 7 individual kennels and
more than 50 owners that the Partners Program represents. The females
chosen to breed for the year are selected from over 75 females that are
participating in the unique
Labrador owner's community.
